45 minutes- Ongoing care focused on medication management, symptom monitoring, and targeted adjustments, including brief, clinically relevant guidance on lifestyle factors that support mental stability.

ZOYA Membership-Designed for individuals seeking more continuous, personalized psychiatric support throughout their healing and wellness journey. Membership may be beneficial for clients who would benefit from more frequent follow-ups and ongoing support between appointments.
